A week without exercise, plus Walimatul Urus and Mother's day, made my body gain additional weight. I weigh 68 kg, and that's additional 5 kg more prior to exam. I need to lose fat fast, I think I need to fast. Anyone heard of breatharian? Or even the Calorie Restriction Society?Monday (cycling)
