Monday's Workout

A week without exercise, plus Walimatul Urus and Mother's day, made my body gain additional weight. I weigh 68 kg, and that's additional 5 kg more prior to exam. I need to lose fat fast, I think I need to fast. Anyone heard of breatharian? Or even the Calorie Restriction Society

Work Out

Seems that it has been two years since my last post. Oh well, I'm trying to lose some fat now. (Note: losing fat != losing weight) And build some muscle. I'm gonna post my daily progress here. Let's start with last Monday!
